DRUMFIT- A cardio and muscular endurance workout focusing on arm and leg toning. This workout is built to make you burn and sweat.
STRONG - STRONG by Zumba™ combines high intensity interval training with the science of Synced Music Motivation for faster results.
At TAC we offer 3 types of spinning classes:
ROAD DRILLS - Advanced cyclists, experience Road Drills during this 40-55 minute elite class designed to take your cycling to the next level.
SPIN CITY - 30, 40 & 55 minute studio cycle sessions, designed to burn fat, tone muscles and increase cardiovascular stamina.
X-TREME SPIN - Come to ride to the extreme.
Our fully certified Instructors will guide participants through workout phases. Warm-up, steady up tempo cadences, sprints, climbs and cool-downs. The Athletic Clubs Spinning classes take place in our fitness studio, with various music styles to create an energized atmosphere. The bikes have toe clips so you can wear tennis shoes; however our pedals also work with cleats. Expect to burn in the region of 700 calories per class.

Power Pilates - Lengthen, strengthen and tone with this unique and effective approach to transforming the body.
Power Yoga - A vigorous and athletic style of yoga with the emphasis on strength and flexibility. Excellent for weight loss and toning up.
Yoga Flow - This vinyasa style flow yoga is for promoting body alignment, strength and flexibility complete with a relaxation segment.
Yoga Strength - Combines the muscle sculpting and core with the strength and flexibility advantages of Yoga.
MOBILITY FIT - A class specifically designed to help improve flexibility and mobility for those living either sedentary, or active lifestyles.

META/ STEP HIIT - High Intensity Interval training proven to burn more fat & calories in less time, charging the metabolism. Saturdays, add step.
STEP & KICK - This class incorporates step, kickboxing and abs to improve overall strength, cardio, agility, balance and coordination.
TABATA - The ultimate form of interval training at it's best! Boost that cardiovascular system whilst sculpting muscle fit for a god!
