Jumpstart​

The Athletic Club highly recommends that you have a BodyAge Assessment prior to the beginning of an exercise program. From the results of this screening, we can establish guidelines and proper programming for your individual goals. No one can fail a BodyAge Assessment. It merely tells you where you are today, and gives you a bench mark for future progress. It also tells you how many years you can take off your BodyAge score and how to do so. Jump Start includes BodyAge Assessment, Goal Getting Session, Program Orientation, and Personal Training Session for only $60.
